Snezana founded Archway Facilities in 2013, thirteen years after starting her own career as a cleaner with no English and no industry experience. She’s built the business on the same standard she held for herself back then: if we promise something, we deliver it. Today Snezana leads a team of 180+ people and is still personally involved day to day, from testing new products before they reach a client site to being available to clients around the clock.

Darius joined Archway Facilities as Maintenance Manager, bringing over 25 years of construction industry experience. He oversees the company’s maintenance contracts, applying his practical expertise to keep projects running smoothly and to a high standard.

Originally from Highgate, London, Eve is a calm and dependable presence within the Archway team. Known for being supportive, reliable and always ready to help, she embodies the close-knit, people-first culture that drew her to the company.

Vaida is an Archway Facilities Supervisor, responsible for on-site audits, team management and training new employees. Her meticulous approach helps ensure cleaning protocols are followed and every site consistently meets Archway’s high standards.

Alex joined Archway Facilities as Operations Manager, bringing high standards and a people-first approach. Passionate about developing individuals and teams, he creates an environment where everyone can perform at their best.

Ron joined Archway Facilities as Area Manager, bringing hands-on experience and a people-focused approach. Based in Paignton, he supports sites across the region to reach their full potential.

Sarah joined Archway Facilities as HR & People Manager, bringing a fair, practical and people-focused approach. She strengthens the systems behind the business while ensuring employees feel supported, managers lead confidently and internal standards grow alongside Archway’s client service.
